HR Coordinator

We are a people powered business. So, we’re looking for a **HR Coordinator** to cover a long-term absence who recognises that culture is key – with the drive to create an enabling and empowering environment that brings the best out of our team.

**A little taste of your day-to-day:**

• Assist new team members with the documents required.
• Assist the new team members with their orientation day and onboarding.
• Create and post job positions in different job portals.
• Assist job fairs and school workshops.
• Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
