HR Data Analyst

Your Job
You will be the strategic link between HR systems and payroll execution, ensuring the timely, accurate integration and governance of employee data across Kronos, Eslabón and MyHR. Your work will prevent payroll errors, reduce rework and deliver a reliable pay experience for employees.

What You Will Do
Govern and validate data integrity and synchronization across Kronos, Eslabón and MyHR to prevent payroll impact. Identify patterns and anomalies in incidents, time records and transactions; propose and lead preventive actions.
