Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and integration of new hires.
- Policy & Labor Law Compliance: Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws; someone who has already experienced dealing with the DOLE/NLRC, ideally not someone encountering such concerns for the first time.
- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, manage disciplinary issues, conduct exit interviews, and promote positive culture.
- Training & Development: Identify needs, organize sessions, and support career growth.
- Administer Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits (health, retirement, leave), and performance-based incentives.
