What You Will Do

• Support the Philippines site for Unify CX with implementation and delivery of best practice and customer‑focused HR systems, services, and solutions, particularly in general administrative services and employee relations.
• Assist the HR Management team in delivering an array of critical HR processes and business‑related initiatives.
• Manage and maintain positive labor relations, address labor‑related issues, negotiate with labor unions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
