As a Graduate, you will join the Talent Management team and contribute to some of our most essential people processes: Performance Review, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Cards and Career Paths. You will support the data, structure and operational backbone of Talent, ensuring information is accurate, organised and ready for decision‑making. We will teach you the Talent frameworks; you will bring rigour, analysis, structure and attention to detail.
