* Job Description
- Responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements.
- Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Senior Level positions.
- Sourcing Candidates.
- Screening Candidates.
- Arranging Interviews.
- Coordinating Compensation Packages.
- Induction, Onboarding Candidates and other related tasks.
- Providing analytical and well-documented recruitment reports.

* Requirements
- Excellent understanding of IT skills.
- Ability to dig deeper into sorting most suitable candidate
- Passionate and Career oriented candidate.
- Proactive with eye on details
- Skillful to read between the lines and smartly handle candidates and their queries
- Able to meet Company goals and objectives
