Job Description
Design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
Lead organisational structuring and workforce planning initiatives, including post-merger or integration activities.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and diversity principles.
Manage employee and labour relations, including negotiations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and engagement with employee representatives where applicable.
Drive initiatives related to talent management, leadership development, and career progression.
Monitor HR performance through data analysis and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement across retention, engagement, and effectiveness.
Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, and departmental budgeting.
