HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage core HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business direction
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting positive relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Organize employee events and programs that support morale, wellness, and productivity
• Manage clear and consistent internal communication across all departments
• Oversee the performance evaluation process and continuous improvement of HR systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
