Role Description

Role Title:     Manager – Human Resources
   Job Location:    Pune, Manikchand Ikon Bund Garden, Balkrishna Sakharam Dhole Patil Rd, Maharashtra  , India
   Experience Range:    10-12 years
   Work Mode:    In-office role (all 5days work from office)
   Shift timings:    General Shift (IST)    
Team:     HRBPs, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations.
   Interview Mode:    Face to face only for shortlisted profiles    

Role Purpose:    
   
Lead the   HR Function and People Strategy    for a mid-size IT services organization to enable   scalable growth, delivery excellence, and cultural transformation   . Drive   strategic workforce planning   ,   talent acquisition   ,   leadership development   , and   employee experience    while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
