HR MANAGER

We are looking for an strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Direct the full hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and job postings to interviews and smooth new-hire integration.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator for conflict resolution, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure company policies adhere to local, regional, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Talent & Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and build employee development programs.
