HR Operations & Automation Analyst

Remitee is a rapidly expanding fintech specializing in international payments across LATAM. We're looking for someone who runs HR Operations with rigor — and then asks: how do we make this better, faster, or automatic? This role combines hands‑on HR execution with process transformation. You'll own real operational tasks while simultaneously redesigning how those tasks work — mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and building automations and agents that free up human time for what actually requires judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding end‑to‑end: documentation, systems access, communications.
