Key Responsibilities
Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgment.
Collaborate on talent management processes, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

Advocate for Builders’ needs through end‑to‑end experiences that help Builders feel fully engaged and valued.
