Role Overview

HR Partner, Builder Experience Team (BeXT) – 9‑month fixed‑term contract focusing on the Builder experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate on talent management processes, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Foster an inclusive environment for all Builders.
• Advocate for Builders’ needs through end‑to‑end experiences that help Builders feel fully engaged and valued.
• Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns, exercising high judgment and managing ambiguity.
• Support Builder queries with discretion, navigating Amazon policies.
