HR Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager – Digital Recruitment Transformation to support global recruiting initiatives across multiple geographies. This role will manage projects related to recruiting operations, AI-enabled recruiting platforms, digital assessments, CRM development, reporting analytics, and integrations with newly acquired companies.

The role requires strong project management discipline, stakeholder coordination, and analytical capability to ensure recruiting initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate understands high-volume recruiting environments and can effectively coordinate work across recruiting operations, HR, IT, analytics teams, and external technology vendors.
