HR Tech & AI Transformation Intern

Cemex is looking for an HR Evolution Intern based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR technology, digital transformation, and AI initiatives. The intern will work on tracking projects, managing backlogs, and supporting various global HR initiatives. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and good English skills are a must. A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a multicultural setting are highly valued. This is a 6-month internship with flexible hours between 25 to 30 per week.
