Role Introduction We are looking for a proactive and people-centric

HR Business Partner

to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will support the People Operations Director and act as the first point of contact for HR matters. You’ll provide full-spectrum HR support, with a strong focus on

recruitment, compliance , and

relocation support , while ensuring alignment with global standards and culture.

Responsibilities You’ll be the nucleus of the office and the ‘go to’ person for any People and Admin needs. Works closely with the headquarters, Regional GM and Regional team leaders to support the business plans, achieve overall employees’ satisfaction and ensure the running of the regional office is in full alignment and compliance according to company policies.
