Role Description

Our client is well-known as a listed company in the Manufacturing industry and has been operating for 30+ years. The company provides health products and services. 
Job Description
Managing the annual training budget.
Surveying the needs of employees in each department every year.
Organizing the orientation plan for new employees.
Developing a career path plan for the talent pool.
Preparing a coaching plan for manager/supervisor levels
Preparing a summary report on training results.
Conducting a comparative analysis of training in each course.
Preparing and submitting training reports to the Department of Skill Development.
Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related field. 
At least 10 years of experience at the managerial level.
Strong knowledge of HRD is a must.
