  About the Role  

We are   seeking   a highly motivated   HRIS Functional Consultant (Recruitment Systems Analyst)   to support the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of recruitment technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring   Avature   or similar SaaS-based recruitment systems and will play a key role in improving recruitment processes, user experience, and system efficiency.  

This position is best suited for professionals who enjoy translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and collaborating with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Technology teams.
