In this role, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert for our primary HR platforms, ensuring seamless system functionality, data integrity, and a frictionless user experience for employees and recruiters alike.

The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters and technical depth in the area of data management and integration in the HR space. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to translate HR business processes and requirements into efficient and maintainable technical solutions.
