JOB OVERVIEW

The HRMS Specialist will own and manage the technical configuration, permissions, workflows, and system logic of the HRMS platform, ensuring a secure, scalable, and well-governed system design. This role will act as the subject matter expert for HRMS configuration and integrations, supporting smooth HR operations through robust system architecture and technical governance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Own end-to-end HRMS configuration including core HR setup, organisational structures, absence management, workflows, roles, permissions, and access levels (BambooHR).
Design, configure, and maintain secure role-based access controls and permission frameworks.
Manage and resolve complex access-related issues and escalations.
