Job Title: HSE Advisor

Role Overview:
The HSE Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all health, safety, and environmental practices are implemented and maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role involves monitoring site activities, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions

Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards

Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports

Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports accurately
