HSE Advisor

Overview

The HSE Advisor/Construction Safety Officer (CSO) is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for track installation and systems works on the SkyTrain project. The position ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and project‑specific safety requirements and actively promotes a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Your role

• Ensure compliance with provincial, federal, and project specific HSE regulations, including WorkSafeBC and Transport Canada.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Project Safety Plan and Construction Safety Management System.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and task specific hazard reviews.
• Perform daily and scheduled site safety inspections and project level audits.
