HSE Coordinator

About The Role
This is a site-based HSE Coordinator position on a $30M aged care project in Lynbrook, working with a proven aged care builder
The role is predominantly onsite, working directly with subcontractors to manage and enforce safety standards across the project. You'll be the go-to person for site safety — running inductions, managing SWIMS, reviewing safety plans, and making sure subcontractors are compliant and accountable.

Day to day you'll be:

• Managing safety onsite across a $30M aged care build
• Running subcontractor inductions and overseeing SWIMS documentation
• Reviewing and maintaining safety plans and systems
• Conducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement
• Educating and supporting site teams on best practice HSE
• Working approximately every second Saturday (1.5x rate)
