HSE Technician

Involves the construction of a thermal power plant using biomass at the Mahou factory, to serve its facility and thus advance the decarbonization of its industry. The new thermal plant consists of two boilers of 10 MWt each, for the generation of superheated water for Mahou's production process. In addition to superheated water, hot water will also be generated by utilizing the thermal energy from the boiler exhaust gases. Besides the boilers, the plant has two compressors to provide compressed air to the facility, and a system for the discharge, storage, and feeding of biomass to the boilers. The boilers along with their respective gas cleaning systems are housed in a boiler hall, constructed with prefabricated concrete, 14.2 m high, with approximate dimensions of 29 × 39 m.
