HSE – Turnaround

Location: Saint John, New Brunswick

Schedule: Pre and Post Turnaround 4, 10s Turnaround – 6 days on 1 day off

Travel: No flights or travel allowance provided

Accommodation: LOA (Living Out Allowance) on approved distance

You Are: A seasoned HSE Advisor with experience working turnarounds on a Petro Chemical facility, ideally local to Saint John, NB with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor crews on HSE practices
• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
• Maintain safety documentation and corrective action logs
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Maintain a strong field presence (85% of time)

Qualifications

• NCSO designation (CRSP, CSP, or NEBOSH preferred)
• 3–7 years of HSE experience in industrial or maintenance environments
