Human Performance (HuP) Practioner

Position Overview

As our Human Performance Practitioner you will champion and strengthen a positive nuclear safety culture across the Cambridge Components and Owen Sound sites by driving the implementation of Human Performance (HuP) principles. You will coach, mentor, and influence employees at all levels to reinforce safe, performance‑based behaviours, proactively addressing at‑risk actions while promoting continuous improvement. Working closely with leadership, union and non‑union staff, and cross‑functional teams, you will provide guidance, feedback, and collaboration to ensure consistent application of HuP standards and the ongoing advancement of safety culture.
