Human Resource Assistant

Starting salary: $42,000 - $50,000

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our team. This position serves as a trusted to partner to the Human Resource team, and is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative duties.


DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES
+ Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollments, new-hire orientation.
+ Onboarding and new hire support
+ Responsible for HRIS data entry and data accuracy
+ Schedule interviews and support all aspects of the recruitment process
+ Responds to employee inquiries on HR policies, leave, and benefits.
+ Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource Manager
+ Perform ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
+ Attendance tracking
+ Employee events and general communication
+ Assist with annual compliance training
