The Human Resources Associate will handle Penny Pals Corp's Human Resources requirements. They will be developing and implementing the brand's HR goals to improve company performance and employee experience. Being responsible, innovative, with good multitasking skills and a high attention to detail are expected qualities for this position. This dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Associate will be working under the Managing Partners. They will play a key role in supporting the HR functions for Penny Pairs, Gabbie Jewelry, and Moai, ensuring seamless HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
