The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) delivers strategic and operational HR support to designated business units. Operating within our HR Business Partner model, you will partner closely with the Director, Human Resources and HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated people solutions for the Product organization. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting a high-performance culture.

**Location:** You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

**Reporting Relationship** : You will report to the Director, Human Resources.

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-$124,000.
