Human Resources Director

A leading and rapidly growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, and enhancing overall workforce effectiveness.

The successful candidate will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and scalable people strategies.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 12 years of work experience in all aspects of Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a fast-paced dynamic people environment, such as retail, FMCG or QSR
