About the Role
We are conducting a search for an Executive HR Director to lead the Human Resources strategy for a complex, multi-site manufacturing operation.
This role will oversee HR across 6+ manufacturing plants, partnering closely with senior operations leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, labor relations, culture, leadership development, and business transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry, with the ability to operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining strong connection to plant-level execution.
