:Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, you will be part of the Human Resources (HR) Department. You will be the initial Human Resources role supporting the Upper Beaver Gold project. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Collaborate with Macassa HR, Regional HR and key Operations stakeholders to support the growth and integration of the Upper Beaver Gold project;
Provide full HR support to the Upper Beaver Gold project, including employee relations, onboarding, application of HR policies, legal and company compliance, cyclical HR programming and performance management;
Work closely with the centralized recruitment team;
