Human Resources Generalist

Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related area; preference for a master's degree in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources in the areas of:
• Labor relations and solving issues, investigations of compliance
• Recruitment and onboarding of salary positions
• Benefits and compensation analysis, including job pricing
• Performance and cycle management
• Talent development, succession plans
• Training in soft skills, policies and HR procedures
• Bilingual, Spanish - English (Must)
• Experience in manufacturing environmentDesirable experience in TRESS system
• Discretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player
