Human Resources Generalist (Maternity Replacement)

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, health & safety coordination, and HR administration in fast-paced operational environments. Skilled in talent acquisition for both specialized (drivers) and warehouse roles, with a strong focus on helping with retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment standards.

Core Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Drivers & other Roles

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for drivers and internal employees across multiple departments (warehouse, CSR, billing, operations)
• Develop and post job advertisements across job boards, recruitment platforms, and new sourcing channels
• Conduct proactive headhunting and online candidate sourcing using job boards and internal databases
• Participate in job fairs, open houses, recruitment events, and industry networking activities (Montreal & Toronto)
