Human Resources Generalist

Position Summary

Responsible for support to Human Resources Manager to provide continuous improvement to all Human Resources functions. Assists with cross training of staff on key human resource functions.

• Assist the Human Resources Manager on special projects and time-sensitive requests.
• Assist the other Human Resources Generalists in the coordination of the general human resource functions that best fit Hamilton Center, Inc. goals and objectives.
• Retrieves and analyzes data from the HRIS system to provide supervisors with reports as it relates to recruitment and retention. Works to integrate HRIS and HR Department needs.
