Human Resources Lead

As the HR Lead , you will report directly to the Country HR Lead and play a key role in supporting Accenture Intelligent Operation Center Malaysia. This includes driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will foster collaboration with business leaders and HR teams, while leading both strategic and operational aspects of the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Work on Venture and Acquisition projects to plan integrations, develop talent strategies, and manage employee transitions effectively.
• Lead and oversee talent management initiatives including acquisition, retention, succession planning, employee development, and engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies while providing guidance on HR policy development and governance.
