Human Resources Manager

We are now seeking an HR Manager to join us on a temporary basis for 11 months to cover maternity leave, starting September 2026 based in Espoo office.

The Role

As a HR business partner, you will support the execution of our business strategy within our Sales and Delivery organisations by planning and delivering an effective people agenda. You will operate as a trusted partner to management teams, enabling organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee engagement to enable business growth.

In addition, this role ensures local compliance with relevant employment legislations, securing monthly payroll and related activities in selected countries. The role is also responsible for the maintenance of the HRIS system. You will also contribute to and lead selected global HR projects.
