Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions in a manufacturing facility. This role includes coaching a multi-disciplinary HR team, leading labor relations and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in adhering to regulations and collaborating with Corporate HR to execute business strategies.
