Responsibilities

• Support the growth of the Turner & Townsend business in Finland, including partnering with and guiding teams across the hub office and project construction sites.
• Own the employment contract process; manage and coordinate onboarding for office and site‑based employees, including induction, equipment shipping, and ensuring a seamless first‑day experience.
