Main Purpose :
The HR Manager plays an important part in ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies that support the Resort departments, acting as a liaison between Company and employees in order to promote the unique culture and philosophy of the Company.
Reports to: Area Director of Human Resources, Sicily.
