The primary purpose of this position is; To serve as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Classification) in the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) with responsibility for planning, developing, and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory services for civilian positions across the Air Force (AF). Responsibilities 1. Provides position classification services involving complex and controversial classification issues for civilian positions across the Air Force (AF).
