• Perform general inspections of all types of appliances for residential users.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer, high‑efficiency equipment to the customer.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Maintain company vehicle to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
• Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.
