Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Leadership
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Cloud Management and AI-Native Cloud Operations (AIOps)
Drive client discovery sessions to assess monitoring maturity, operational challenges, and cloud management gaps
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures, solution blueprints, and outcome-driven proposals
Develop executive-level presentations, proposals, and solution narratives aligned to business value SLA improvement, cost reduction, productivity gains)
Cloud Management & AI-Native Operations Design
