Overview

Focus: Operational support and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Triage IAM-related tickets and provide timely resolution.
• Configure and manage Auth0 settings and policies.
• Parse and analyze logs to identify issues and trends.
• Act as an IAM subject matter expert for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Auth0 configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills for log parsing and issue resolution.
• Background in IAM engineering and support operations.

Pay: $15-25/hr USD
