IBDP Coordinator

Enko Education is continuing its impact in Senegal. We are currently looking for visionary IBDP Coordinators to join our schools. These roles offer unique challenges: focusing on the strategic journey toward IB accreditation and on high-level pedagogical leadership and team cohesion.
Your mission will revolve around two main pillars:
+ The Architect (Accreditation Focus): You will lead the transformative initiative of preparing a school for IBDP accreditation. You will design long-term academic plans, manage the 2026 accreditation roadmap, and build the foundation for a thriving IB community.
+ The Strategist (Pedagogical Excellence Focus): You will act as a deep-thinking leader capable of decrypting pedago...
