Moreton Capital Partners is seeking a highly organised, proactive ExecutiveAssistant to support the Chief Investment Officer and leadership team, enabling the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing, ambitious, and technology-driven hedge fund.

This role is best suited to someone highly proactive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CIO’s schedule, priorities, and workflow
• Coordinate investor, broker, and partner meetings end-to-end
• Handle complex calendar management across multiple time zones (Google Workspace)
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and execution for research and investor trips
• Prepare and organise investor materials, reporting packs, and data rooms
