Job Description
This Senior Program Manager within the Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for driving execution of integration activities related to the acquisition of a telecommunication companies assets and other merger and acquisition initiatives. Operating within an established IMO framework, this role ensures delivery against Day 1 and post-close integration milestones. Each Senior Program Manager is aligned to a core integration domain—Front Office, Technology, or Back Office—and is accountable for coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving measurable outcomes. Core responsibilities include managing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), executing and tracking synergies, and supporting end-state and target operating model planning.
