Implementation field engineer

Responsible for the installation, commissioning or guidance of products in the corresponding region, organize technical training, maintenance and upgrade (including inverter, data collector and management system)
Timely shut down the on-site service processing of inverter and management system after-sale problems;
Maintain customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction, collect and report customer information.

Associate Bachelor degree or above, engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.) Experience in electrical equipment, software and hardware delivery and maintenance services
Former Working experience in PV or inverter field, with electrical related certificate
Strong English ability, can be used as a working language, and can adapt to long-term business trips
Have a strong sense of customer service, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have strong coordination skills
