Role Description

A leading trading company specializing in building products such as Florest Wood Deck, Florest Engineered Flooring and Doric door maintain experience in exporting under our brands for almost 10 years to several countries, such as Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia and we are determined to expand into new markets in various countries.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
  • Reviewing paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
  • Checking Expenses, negotiating transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with an external freight forwarder.
  • Coordinating with suppliers from overseas, forwarding agents, customs clearance, and internal companies.
  • Preparing and checking all related documents, and shipping documents for import & export (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).<...
