In-Charge Manager

Triple O’s McCurdy is looking for three (3) Full‑Time In‑Charge Managers (NOC 62020) to join our team! This is a full‑time position with 35‑40 hours per week, $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with medical and dental benefits.

Job Description

• Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of food service counter attendants and kitchen staff
• Prepare shift schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations
• Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and company policies
• Ensure excellent customer service by handling guest concerns, resolving complaints, and supporting front‑line team members
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain high service standards
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
